ABSTRACT
A network open learning services support platform based on the open source moodle is constructed in this paper. First, an open teaching model based on open education resources is described, the model is based on self-learning as the center, using the real-time and non real-time two interactive way, and supported by learning support platform. then an open educational resource sharing platform, a process control and quality assurance platform, a learning support service platform are proposed in order to help students self-study and interact real-time and non real-time.finally, we presented a case based on "Java programming lanuage" course to implement the learning support service platform.| Published at | Trans Tech Publications Ltd.
