Uma análise dos termos de uso de repositórios de recursos educacionais digitais no Brasil

ABSTRACT
Partindo de uma análise centrada nos princípios dos recursos educacionais abertos (REA), investigamos os termos de uso de 12 portais contendo recursos digitais educacionais no Brasil. A análise dos termos foi conduzida em três camadas: pela página principal, página de metadados (quando disponível) e uma análise aleatória de recursos. O estudo aponta para uma grande ambiguidade na terminologia utilizada para descrever os termos de uso e permissões, o que pode limitar as possibilidades para uso, remix, adaptação e reúso legal dos recursos. Discutimos a importân- cia dessas questões para disseminação de uma cultura de compartilha- mento e de práticas abertas na educação básica, e apresentamos algumas recomendações para repositórios baseado nas análises feitas.| Keywords | licenças · repositórios |
