Open Educational Resources: An easy way to enrich faculty development

ABSTRACT
The article discusses the fair use of open educational resources (OER) for the efficacy of an online and blended courses. It states that OER help enhance faculty development opportunities wherein it allow the developers to choose the best university practices. It also notes that OEP allows the user to recreate another user's work on information or problems as well as to customize individual context.
