ABSTRACT
My topic today is ‘Towards Sustainable OERs: a perspective from the global south’. I have prepared this presentation jointly with my colleagues Dr Balasubramniam and Dr Abdurrahman. One of the emerging issues in educational discourse today is the development and use of Open Education Resources (OER) and their potential in expanding access and improving the quality of education, particularly in developing countries where there is a dearth of quality materials.
