ABSTRACT
Il corso “Trasparenza e Anticorruzione” rivolto ai dipendenti della Pubblica Amministrazione, studenti e ricercatori è stato realizzato dal CSI (Consorzio per il Sistema Informativo) Piemonte in collaborazione con l’Università di Torino, l’ANCI Piemonte e il Formez PA nel periodo novembre-dicembre 2013. L’obiettivo del progetto di ricerca era sperimentare da un lato una nuova metodologia didattica, il MOOC appunto, caratterizzata dalla completa erogazione online e gratuità del corso, un’elevata qualità dell’offerta formativa e un alto livello di interazione, adattato al contesto della formazione del personale della Pubblica Amministrazione italiana; dall’altro lato offrire risposte sul tema della trasparenza e del contrasto alla corruzione, mettendo a disposizione uno spazio di confronto e condivisione di esperienze tra i partecipanti. Il corso, promosso anche attraverso una campagna sui principali social network, ha riscontrato un’alta partecipazione e un elevato gradimento.The course “Transparency and Anticorruption” was designed and implemented by the CSI (Consorzio per il Sistema Infomativo) Piemonte in collaboration with University of Turin, ANCI Piemonte and Formez PA from November to December 2013. Aim of the project was to experiment the MOOCs courses with unlimited participation, open access via web which provide high quality of didactic content and allow a high interactive collaboration within participants with the audience of Italian Public Administration officials. Moreover the course tried to fill the knowledge gap of public officials, students, citizens, researchers in the field of Transparency and Anticorruption adoption rules and law, promoting a debate and sharing experiences and practices between participants. The course, promoted by social media strategy, was successful in terms of participation and users’ satisfaction.
