With over twenty years' experience, carried out in a wide variety of institutions and in different contexts, I am passionate about adult education. Many of my roles have required a degree of leadership responsibility, with a steady progression into middle-management. My own studies (the majority of which have been completed via distance-learning) have also enabled me to become confident with virtual learning environments and library databases.

I am currently in a role where I can put my skills and experience to good use through capability building, learning design, facilitation of training around digital technologies, the development of resources for lifelong learning, and continuing professional development.
