ABSTRACT
Актуальность статьи обусловлена происходящей в настоящее время цифровой революцией в образовании, которая сопровождается повышением открытости доступа к знаниям, расширением движения за открытое образование и открытые образовательные ресурсы. Цель статьи заключается в разработке педагогических подходов к использованию открытых образовательных ресурсов в высших учебных заведениях. Авторами предложена модель формирования готовности будущих бакалавров ИТ-сферы к использованию открытых образовательных ресурсов. Разработаны показатели сформированности готовности к использованию открытых образовательных ресурсов, включающие когнитивный, мотивационно-ценностный и технологический компоненты. Статья адресована преподавателям и студентам высших учебных заведений, а также широкому кругу читателей, интересующихся вопросами внедрения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в образовательную деятельность.
