Quels impacts les MOOCs vont-ils avoir sur le marché de la formation continue en Suisse ?

ABSTRACT
Par le biais de ce travail de Bachelor, jâai dĂ©cidĂ© de mâintĂ©resser Ă un phĂ©nomĂšne nouveau : les Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). Ces derniers sont apparus rĂ©cemment et provoquent une rĂ©volution dans les domaines de la formation.Comme tout phĂ©nomĂšne nouveau et Ă©voluant de maniĂšre fulgurante, de nombreuses questions relatives Ă son impact ont piquĂ© ma curiositĂ© : quâest-ce quâun MOOC ? Pourquoi apparaissent-ils maintenant ? A qui sont-ils destinĂ©s ? Quel va ĂȘtre leur impact sur les marchĂ©s de la formation ? Et bien dâautres interrogations.
Les MOOCs sont par dĂ©finition lâantithĂšse du systĂšme de lâenseignement supĂ©rieur : ils sont destinĂ©s Ă tous les publics, de tous horizons et sont gratuits. DĂšs lors, on peut se demander pourquoi et comment un tel phĂ©nomĂšne a pu Ă©merger dâun environnement qui devrait lui ĂȘtre totalement hostile ? Ceci est-il le rĂ©sultat dâune demande de plus en plus forte de la part dâĂ©tudiants marginalisĂ©s par le systĂšme de lâĂ©ducation classique ? Sâagit-il dâun acte de philanthropie culturel communautaire de la part des universitĂ©s Ă lâorigine de ce phĂ©nomĂšne ? Est-ce lâĂ©mergence dâun nouveau business ? A qui les MOOCs sont-ils rĂ©ellement profitables ?
Toujours est-il que la dĂ©mocratisation du savoir commence Ă bouleverser lâĂ©cosystĂšme des ressources Ă©ducatives tant il est vrai que les MOOCs reprĂ©sentent quelque chose qui Ă©tait jusqu'Ă aujourdâhui impensable : lâaccĂšs au savoir pour tous et Ă priori sans conditions.
Ainsi et au vu de lâengouement grandissant pour les MOOCs dans certains pays, il mâa semblĂ© pertinent dâanalyser leurs impacts dans un domaine prĂ©cis : le marchĂ© de la formation continue en Suisse. Les MOOCs sont-ils lâavenir des formations continues ? Quels gains les entreprises peuvent-elles en tirer ? Pourraient-ils rĂ©ellement ĂȘtre profitables aux collaborateurs ?
Ainsi et dans lâoptique de rĂ©pondre Ă toutes mes interrogations, jâai dĂ©cidĂ© de me tourner vers lâanalyse de donnĂ©es circulant Ă ce sujet sur internet, par le biais dâune analyse de coupures de presses. Lâanalyse de ces informations me permettra de rĂ©pondre Ă lâobjectif de ce travail : quel va ĂȘtre lâimpact des MOOCs sur le marchĂ© de la formation continue en Suisse et quelles hypothĂšses pouvons-nous dâores et dĂ©jĂ Ă©tablir ?
