A importância do eLearning na transformação de estratégias organizacionais : o caso da RIPE NCC

ABSTRACT
Este trabalho tem com o propósito de verificar se, e de que modo, a introdução de práticas de eLearning numa organização conduz, ou potencia, a transformação das suas estratégias. O trabalho apresentado consiste no estudo de caso da RIPE NCC, uma organização não lucrativa sediada em Amesterdão, cuja região de serviços abrange toda a Europa, Médio Oriente e partes da Ásia Central. A área de negócio da RIPE NCC é a Internet, sendo a sua função principal a coordenação e distribuição de endereços IP e Autonomous Systems Numbers (ASN) na sua região de serviços. A organização de cursos presenciais em determinados países da referida região é difícil pelas mais variadas razões. No âmbito deste trabalho procedeu-se ao desenvolvimento de práticas de eLearning, tais como Webinars e à sua avaliação através da utilizacnao de questionários; analisou-se, também, o impacto que o eLearning poderá ter nas estratégias da organização.
