ABSTRACT
This is a report on the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Introduction to Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) organised by Athabasca University, Canada in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Learning from January 9 to February 10, 2017. It reports the design, development and delivery of the course and presents the preliminary findings from participant surveys and their engagements in the TEL-MOOC.
