ABSTRACT
La “cultura open” sta cambiando profondamente il settore della formazione in tutto il mondo, nei suoi aspetti formali e non-formali.Il presente contributo mette a fuoco le diverse declinazioni e costruzioni di “open” che nel tempo sono maturate e si interroga sull’impatto che alcuni recenti sviluppi stanno avendo sul sistema universitario.

The “open culture” is radically changing the field of education throughout the world, in its formal and non-formal aspects.
The present contribution focuses on the different meanings of “open” which have been given over time and analyses the impact of some recent developments on the university system.
