This engagement would add reputational value to OER and encourage more open content publication of quality materials. Giving non-educational users access to OER reviewing and endorsing activities can be a key component of a new agenda on OER sustainability which needs to include dissemination and showcasing of learning and teaching more firmly. This paper analyses the involvement of graduate recruiters in the existing review and endorsement mechanisms of OER in the HumBox repository from the perspective of its users, with reference to qualitative research and relevant literature on employability and OER. New concepts such as OER relevance attribution and commoditisation of reviews are discussed in the context of this new form of Open Practice. Therefore, this work is relevant to practitioners working either in Arts and Humanities, Employability or OER. %Z JIME %8 12/2012 %@ 1365-893X %* yes %> https://www.oerknowledgecloud.org/archive/242-2110-1-PB.pdf
